The aero-to-aero bikes are a technological tour de force. Originally, they were developed as the ultimate sprint bikes and earned speed demons like André Greipel and Caleb Ewan prestigious Tour victories. However, these bikes also gained additional all-round qualities. You no longer only see them pop up in sprints, but they even shine on the cobbles around Roubaix.
Each aero-to-aero bike is world-class in aerodynamics thanks to hours of wind tunnel testing. Cables were cleverly integrated into the handlebars. Every tube, from fork to swingarm, has an optimised NACA profile. Yet they are also at once lightweight road bikes that are surprisingly comfortable. For instance, on every aero-to-aero bike you see a lowered swingarm with a specific tube shape. Together with the seatpost, this makes for a more comfortable riding feel.
