When does my bike meet the warranty requirements?

Your bicycle meets the warranty requirements when:

  • it was purchased new from an authorised Ridley dealer
  • it was registered within 30 days of purchase
  • annual maintenance was performed by an authorised Ridley dealer
  • a valid proof of purchase and maintenance history can be provided for claims
  • the warranty period and transfer limit have not been exceeded

From January 1st 2026:

  • every new Ridley has a lifetime warranty on frame and fork
  • the warranty may be transferred once (first → second owner)
  • after transfer to a third or subsequent owner, the warranty automatically expires

Definition:

  • within the bicycle industry, “lifetime” refers to the technical lifespan of the frame and fork
  • with a market-aligned limit of up to 10 years
