Your bicycle meets the warranty requirements when:
- it was purchased new from an authorised Ridley dealer
- it was registered within 30 days of purchase
- annual maintenance was performed by an authorised Ridley dealer
- a valid proof of purchase and maintenance history can be provided for claims
- the warranty period and transfer limit have not been exceeded
From January 1st 2026:
- every new Ridley has a lifetime warranty on frame and fork
- the warranty may be transferred once (first → second owner)
- after transfer to a third or subsequent owner, the warranty automatically expires
Definition:
- within the bicycle industry, “lifetime” refers to the technical lifespan of the frame and fork
- with a market-aligned limit of up to 10 years
