Crash Replacement?

n case of a crash that affects the functionality of your frame (irreparable), we will give a discount on a new frame. The discount is 30% on the value of your old frame. Our Crash Replacement service runs up to 5 years from the date of purchase.

Do you therefore have to buy the same frame? No, you don't. For example, your Noah frame is broken. However, you wish to purchase a Noah SL frame. You will receive a 50% discount on the value of your damaged Noah frame, which will be deducted when you purchase the new Noah SL.

What conditions are involved? You must bring your damaged, unrepairable frame to your Ridley dealer. He will accept this frame and return it to us. Our customer service will confirm receipt and inspect the cause of the damage.  You will not get this frame back if the crash replacement is confirmed. In exchange, you will receive the aforementioned discount when purchasing a new frame. You can use this service only 1 time. This service is only available to the first owner.
