What is the Ridley warranty?

Belgian Cycling Factory NV, a Belgian company based in Paal/Beringen, grants to the first owner of a Ridley / Eddy Merckx frame-fork set (hereinafter referred to as the “Frame”), a lifetime warranty for material and/or technical manufacturing defects, provided the bicycle was purchased from an authorised dealer and registered within 30 days of purchase.

Under the new warranty policy, the warranty may be transferred once, from the first owner to a second owner, provided that all warranty conditions are met.

Within the bicycle industry, “lifetime” refers to the technical lifespan of the Frame, with a market-aligned limit of up to 10 years.

This warranty provision does not affect your statutory rights.
