The Kanzo Adventure A brings all the features and versatility of the award winning carbon Kanzo Adventure in a bomb proof alloy version ready to go out and explore the world.
The geometry gives enough trust to conquer rough terrain thanks to a slacker headtube angle, a lower bottom bracket and a steeper seat tube. At the same time we keep the handling very responsive by using a shorter stem.
The tire clearance of 52mm allows you to use a wide variety of different tires from fast rolling gravel tires to more aggressive, wide tire to tackle terrain you would only dare tackle with your mountain bike.
The numerous mounting points on frame allow you the personalize your setup depending on the needs for your next adventure. Change the position of your bottle cages when you ride with framebags, add a tool kit, an extra bottle cage or mudguards on the frame or cargo cages on the fork … the Kanzo Adventure A offers you plenty of flexibility.
The neatly integrated routing for a hub dynamo and lights allows you to keep riding through the night on your next adventure or ultra ride.
Go out and explore the world! #DestinationUnknown
In the offroad segment, the trend is increasingly moving towards wider tires. On the Kanzo Adventure Alu, you have a tire clearance of 52 millimeters. This gives you the option to use a wide variety of tires: from fast-rolling gravel tires to more aggressive, wider tires for adventurous terrains.
The frame and fork of the Kanzo Adventure Alu have mounting points for mudguards that protect you from rain and road dirt. The mudguards make your bike a perfect winter or commuter bike. You can order these mudguards through your Ridley dealer.
The Kanzo Adventure Alu can be fully customized for your next adventure. You have 12 mounting points on the frame and 6 on the fork. This allows you to change the position of the bottle holders when using panniers, and there is space for a toolkit, an extra bottle holder, fenders, or even luggage racks...
In 2022, the Kanzo Adventure received the Editors' Choice Award for ‘Best Gravel Bike’ from the well-known Bike Rumor. The bike's endless possibilities were once again emphasized. Ridley believes it's important to make this bike accessible at every price point and is proud that an aluminum version of this workhorse is now available.
The frame offers the possibility to route the cable for a rear light internally inside the top tube where it will exit near the the seattube. At the same time these cable ports are nicely hidden so when not using them, you will hardly notice them on your frame.
The fork is equipped with internal cable routing for a dynamo hub. No more hassle with tape or tie-wraps to guide the cable from the dynamo hub to the front light as the cable is now nicely hidden inside the forkleg.
The universal derailleur hanger (UDH) is the new standard in the cycling world. Not only is this derailleur hanger compatible with all modern shifting groups, it also protects against derailleur breakage and chain drops. In mountain biking, UDH has long been very common, and Ridley is bringing the technology to other segments as well.
